GHBank plans offloading NPAs

The Government Housing Bank plans to sell more than 3,000 quality homes across the nation in an auction to be held September 15 as part of its attempt to offload non-performing assets, according to managing director Khan Prachuabmoh.

He said the bid price will begin at 30% less than the current assets value with a package of 0% interest for the first 12 months installation of 30 years period.

Feature assets include beautiful townhouse in Gnamvongvan and commercial building in Bang Khae districts of Bangkok.

The event is set to starts off simultaneously nationwide at all the GHBank branches from 09.00-16.00 hours.

More than 200 listed items of land, house, and condominium suite are put up for sale in Bangkok and its neighboring and more than 2800 items in other provinces.

The bank guaranteed that winners are offered with a refinance package of 90% of the assets value.
