Businesses as well as economy keep going at a decent pace with good managerial. But to train or recruit staffs with entrepreneurial skills always comes with pricey costs. Most of startup and not-so-well-established small enterprises in particular, ignorantly skip this important step and run business with limited resources of knowledge, resulting to lose the advantage edges to the more established rivals.
Armed with the vision to further understand the phenomenon of entrepreneurship, the Kauffman Foundation is working with universities in the U.S. to establish an entrepreneurship program using innovative technologies to help business start up, create jobs, and cultivate entrepreneur who give back to the society.
The college entrepreneurship program is not only aiming to breed more young scholars with scholarship awards for researches but helps the academic institutions to become more entrepreneurial themselves as well.
The foundation aims to build the U.S.’s first networks by connecting high-potential entrepreneurs at start-up stage to help them get access into capital markets and trainings, as well as innovative technologies.
The minority entrepreneurship program aims to help everyone: women, minorities and youths seeking to grow their own businesses and to chase their dreams successfully by developing and supporting programs to nurture their thinking and manage risks that are necessary for success.
