Thailand’s largest energy firm PTT Plc’s earnings are expected to top 2 trillion baht ($57.637 thousand million) in 2008 but the fourth quarter profits may be slightly lower than the same quarter last year due to the decline of global oil prices, president and CEO Prasert Boonsampan said.
