Siam City Bank (SCIB) reported third-quarter net profits of 1.32 billion baht, or 0.62 baht per share, beating analysts’ forecasts, up from net loss of 3.97 billion baht or minus 1.88 baht per share in the same period a year earlier. The bank’s net profit for nine months was 3.47 billion bah or 1.64 baht per share in 2008, when compared with net loss of 3.41 billion baht or minus 1.61 baht per share in 2007.
