Mercedes-Benz said sales of luxury car are seen slowing down in the third and fourth quarters of the year, hit by higher fuel prices, economic recession and political uncertainties. Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) president Wolfgang Hauppenbauer projected the luxury car market this year will has total volume of 7,000-8,000 units with Mercedes-Benz captured more than 50 per cent market share.
